EMS Inc. will provide

• Knowledgeable and Experienced Staff. EMS staff has over 35 years of combined experience working for you! Every EMS team member is working for you, from the Executive Director, the Chief Financial Officer, the Job Developer Supervisor and your own personal Job Developer.
• Corporate and Private Employer Connections. EMS Job Developers have connections with employers and their job openings throughout Southern California. We have employers coming to us with their job openings looking for a motivated candidate such as yourself!
• Professional and Tailor Made Resumes. EMS Job Developers create resumes that match the jobs that you are applying for. We will create a resume that will get your foot in the door!
• Ability to make the “INTERVIEW” happen for you. If you are motivated to go to work right away, our job developers will help to make that happen.
• EMS Job Developers are out in the field meeting employers “FACE to FACE”, not just sitting behind a computer handing out job leads that hundreds of other job seekers are receiving.
• Interview Readiness: everyone gets nervous in an interview, your EMS Job Developer will work with you every step of the way: Job Club, Mock Interviews, even advocating for and with you during the interview if needed.
• Support on the job, if you need training to help you keep your job: OJT or Job Coaching when necessary will be offered to you and the employer of your choice.
• Retention Services, once you are hired on the job, EMS will be there helping you along the way for 90 days so you will be successful in KEEPING YOUR JOB!
