Rachel Arnao

Rachel earned her BA in English Education from Cal Poly Pomona. She spent 15+ years in the transportation industry, starting with an executive search firm where she worked to place candidates in executive roles. She has 10+ years of administrative experience, with roles ranging from Coordinator to Executive Assistant to the CEO. Rachel has a strong understanding of organizational interdependency and can see the “big picture.” Rachel reminds her clients that every role exists because it is needed, and that the work they do serves the greater good of the overall goals of a company. Rachel is passionate about people. She forms personal connections with her consumers and makes them feel that she is truly rooting for their success. She takes great pride in the work she does with EMS and is grateful to serve the community in a tangible way. When Rachel is not at work, she enjoys reading, knitting, crocheting, or playing music. She also enjoys volunteering with the American Red Cross. Rachel loves any time she gets to spend with her husband and their five kids.
