Jen Grob

Jen Grob joined EMS as Job Developer in September 2025. She draws on more than 20 years of client-facing leadership in financial services and marketing to place individuals with specialized needs into roles that match their strengths and goals. Since August 2023 she has served as Client Care Representative at UpDog Media in Southern California. There she designs targeted marketing programs, maintains high-value accounts, and manages end-to-end project execution to meet client KPIs. From 2007 to 2012, as Assistant Branch Manager at Silverware Bank in Riverside, she oversaw daily operations, trained staff on regulatory compliance and sales protocols, and delivered customized financial products while expanding community outreach. Earlier, between 1999 and 2007, she led Customer Service at Visterra Credit Union, building a service model that prioritized member education, accessibility, and measurable satisfaction gains. Her strengths—advocacy, consultative sales, cross-functional coordination, and inclusive workforce strategies—translate directly into EMS outcomes. She partners with employers and clients alike to create sustainable job matches, track performance metrics, and support long-term retention.
