Rex Ridenour

Joined EMS in February 2018. Rex has a bachelor’s in organizational management. 20+ years in management/supervisory roles he has the expertise and talent to assist our clients one on one job coaching in the field. The Job assist our client with the job culture, industry practices and work behaviors expected by the employer. He also works with the employer and coworkers to discover support strategies and accommodations needed by our clients. Rex also has store management experience which is a huge benefit when explaining what he is there to accomplish and understands the responsibilities of management. Rex also is knowledgeable in business management principles involving strategic planning. In addition to his work with EMS Rex visits family throughout the united states including his home state Iowa, spends his free time with his wife and their dog and out of state family. Rex is also well known in the Senior Olympics arena.
